Our Story
Paanch Kaan cafe bistro opened its doors in 2020 on Ichapur Road in Bantra, Howrah, bringing specialty coffee culture to this vibrant neighborhood. 'Paanch Kaan' means 'five corners' in Bengali — representing the five elements that make our cafe special: great coffee, great food, great vibes, great service, and great company.
What started as a small coffee shop with a big heart has become a neighborhood institution — the place where students fuel their study sessions, professionals grab their morning espresso, friends catch up over iced coffee, and everyone finds their perfect corner.
We source our beans from India's finest coffee estates, roast them with care, and brew each cup with intention — from the perfect espresso to the smoothest cold brew. Our kitchen serves light bites that pair perfectly with coffee — think gourmet sandwiches, fresh pastries, chicken wings, and house-made desserts that are as comforting as they are delicious.
